Dennis Ray Dean Jr better known by the acronym DRD2 is an American artist from  Phoenix Arizona. He took an interest in art at a very young age, expressing to his primary teacher that he wanted to be an artist. In 2004 his teacher recognized his talents and created a art course specifically for him which allowed him to  paint a mural in his High School Justice class. Wanting to further his art skills he attended Mesa Community College where he explored different forms of art media. DRD2 later began making custom handmade art jewelry, and sculptures.
